ZONEIT ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR RENEWALS​

1. PAYMENT INFORMATION AND BILLING PROCESSES​

1.1 Payment Processing​

  • If attempts to bill the primary payment method for renewing product(s) fail, automatic renewal cannot proceed and services may expire.
  • You may enable a backup payment method through your Zoneit dashboard.
  • You are responsible for maintaining current payment information in your account.
  • To update payment information or modify automatic renewal settings, log into your Zoneit dashboard.

1.2 Service Continuity​

  • Services will attempt to auto-renew prior to expiration to prevent service interruption.
  • Failed renewals may result in service suspension or termination.
  • Zoneit is not responsible for service interruption due to payment failure.

2. HOSTING SERVICE RENEWALS​

2.1 WordPress Hosting Renewals​

  • Hosting services automatically renew at the original subscription length.
  • Renewal rates may differ from initial purchase rates.
  • All hosting renewals are non-refundable.
  • Resources and specifications will remain as previously allocated unless modified.

2.2 Resource Allocation​

  • Dedicated container resources will maintain continuity through renewal.
  • Resource limits and specifications may be adjusted with notice.
  • Additional resources may be purchased at any time.

3. DOMAIN NAME RENEWALS​

3.1 General Domain Renewal Terms​

  • Domain renewals are subject to the Domain Name Registration Agreement.
  • Renewal does not guarantee continued domain availability.
  • WHOIS information must be current and accurate.
  • Domain eligibility requirements must continue to be met.

3.2 Grace Periods and Recovery​

  • A grace period of 30 days applies after domain expiration.
  • Recovery fees may apply for renewals after expiration.
  • Associated services (email, hosting) may cease during the grace period.
  • Domains may become unrecoverable after the grace period expiration.

4. BACKUP SERVICE RENEWALS​

4.1 Backup Retention​

  • Backup data is retained for 30 days after service expiration.
  • You must download any required backups before the retention period ends.
  • Backup data may be permanently deleted after the retention period.

4.2 Renewal Terms​

  • Backup services renew at the current service level.
  • Storage limits remain as previously allocated.
  • Additional storage may be purchased if needed.

5. PRICING AND DISCOUNTS​

5.1 Renewal Rates​

  • Prices are subject to change with notice.
  • Renewal rates may differ from promotional or initial purchase rates.
  • Volume discounts may apply for multiple services.
  • Special pricing or promotions may not apply to renewals.

5.2 Multi-Service Discounts​

  • Discounts may apply when renewing multiple services.
  • Discount levels are based on service type and quantity.
  • Not all services qualify for multi-service discounts.

6. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION​

6.1 Service Modifications​

  • Service specifications may be modified upon renewal.
  • Notice will be provided for significant changes.
  • You may opt to modify service levels at renewal time.

6.2 Termination​

  • You may disable auto-renewal through your dashboard.
  • Services will terminate if not renewed.
  • Data retention policies apply after termination.

7. GOVERNING LAW​

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

BY CONTINUING TO USE OR RENEW OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR RENEWALS AND ANY MODIFICATIONS THEREOF.
